You will strategically develop existing OEM and Tier 1 customers while simultaneously identifying new business opportunities both within and outside of existing relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have commercial responsibility for RFQ processes, pricing, quotations, and negotiations \u2013 with a clear focus on sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your tasks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer support and strategic development of key accounts in the OEM and Tier 1 environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active identification and development of new business opportunities (including within existing customers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of the RFQ process including pricing strategy, bid calculation, and negotiations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and implementation of growth initiatives (e.g., new applications, platforms, programs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close collaboration with Engineering, Costing, Project Management, Operations, and Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining a resilient network in purchasing, development, and project management on the client side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several years of experience in automotive sales, key account management, or business development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, ideally in plastics processing (e.g., injection molding, assembly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable successes in expanding customer relationships and developing new customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of OEM processes (Nomination, SOP, Pricing, Change Management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong negotiation and closing skills, as well as an analytical approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure handling of CRM systems, Excel, and initial experience with digital or AI-supported tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent German and English language skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What makes this role special<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combination of Key Account Management and Business Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear focus on growth, new projects, and market expansion \u2013 not just client management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broad commercial responsibility: Pricing, Deals, Customer Strategy in one place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International environment with locations in multiple countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short decision-making processes and a direct reporting line to the Sales Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High degree of creative freedom in the development of customer and growth strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybrid work model with main location Wei\u00dfenburg i.
