We are seeking a<br>Commercial Finance \/ Sales Manager who blends deal-making with financial rigor-owning price<br>strategy (indexation, recoveries), business cases, RFQ economics, and contract\/LTA negotiations-<br>while partnering with Key Account Managers and Program Managers to win 2026 transfer work and<br>deliver profitable growth through 2032. You will be the commercial center of gravity for new awards and<br>running business-building clean cost models, defending margin, and turning engineering solutions<br>(2-shot, high-gloss\/UV, MIC, underhood parts) into bankable customer value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commercial Finance &amp; Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own price strategy &amp; governance: resin\/energy indexation, surcharges, price recoveries, and<br>ECN\/engineering change pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build, maintain, and defend costed BOMs and business cases (material, cycle, scrap,<br>labor\/overhead, tooling amortization, logistics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set and enforce pricing guardrails by part family and process (2-shot, high-gloss\/UV paint, MIC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor program profitability (GM%, CM$), explain variance (price, mix, volume, scrap, PPV),<br>and drive corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-lead RFQ strategy with KAMs: qualification, win themes, options pricing (paint-to-MIC;<br>1-shot\u21922-shot), with 10-business-day quote turnaround.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support LTA negotiations: index clauses, payment terms, warranty language, service-parts<br>pricing, take-rate assumptions, and EOP provisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead QBRs on price, index resets, VE\/VA savings, and revenue\/margin outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forecasting &amp; Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build SOP-year and full-life revenue bridges by program (retained base, new awards, price\/mix,<br>attrition).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain weighted pipeline health (probability \u00d7 SOP-year revenue) to meet 1.5\u00d7\/3\u00d7\/4\u00d7 coverage<br>thresholds by horizon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Finance on budget\/LE cycles, working capital (payment terms, surcharges), and FX<br>exposure (MXN\/USD) for Mexico-destined business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with Program Managers on launch economics (PPAP, Run@Rate, launch surcharges).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with Estimating\/Jr AM to standardize quote templates and inputs; with Sales Admin on<br>portal hygiene and scorecards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align with Operations\/Quality\/Supply Chain to quantify VE\/VA and capacity\/automation<br>investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spanish language skills (supporting Mexico suppliers\/customers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with injection-molded plastics (under hood, interior\/exterior trims;
