To strengthen our team in Solingen near Wuppertal, we are looking for an experienced Finance Team Leader (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Management of the accounting team
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, in particular general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
- Monitoring and optimization of accounting processes and internal controls
- Cooperation with auditors, tax consultants and authorities
- Support and further development of the ERP system in the finance area
- Support with international accounting and consolidation
- Reporting to the parent company
- Cost and activity accounting and post-calculation
- Budget planning and forecasting in coordination with the specialist departments
- Close cooperation with plant management and other departments
- Modernization and digitalization of finance processes
Your qualification:
- Completed training or studies in the field of finance/accounting
- Further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the automotive supply industry or in a production environment
- First or sound experience in leading teams
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Structured, independent way of working and high level of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
