As a process mechanic / setter (m/f/d), you will set up the injection molding machines and ensure that they function correctly by documenting quality and quantity data.
Your tasks
- Setting up the injection molding machines including additional equipment
- Avoiding damage to the tool and the machine through a structured and conscientious approach to conversion
- Reliable handover of the production system to the department's specialists
- Checking the production parameters in the event of deviations and adjusting if necessary according to tolerance specifications
- Reporting qualitative or quantitative deviations or technical defects to superiors or the quality management department
- Ensuring output quantity and product quality
- Correct recording of quality and quantity data and their prompt entry into the PPS system
- Issuing the production release of set-up injection molding machines
Your profile
- Technical vocational training (process mechanics or comparable)
- Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
- Independence & flexibility
- Conscientiousness and high quality awareness
