To strengthen our team in Solingen near Wuppertal, we are looking for an experienced process mechanic / plastics technology setter (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Independent setup of injection molds, removal robots and peripheral devices
- Starting up the machines after the setup process has been completed
- Release of the molded parts according to specific quality specifications
- Process optimization for set-up procedures incl. documentation
- Recognizing errors in the injection moulding process and initiating corrective measures
Your qualification:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training in the field of plastics and rubber technology or plastics molding technology
- Several years of experience in the field of plastics processing
- Independent handling of the control systems (CC100, CC200, CC300) of Engel injection molding machines desirable
- Conscientious, structured, independent and autonomous way of working
- Willingness to work 3 shifts
