Goals & Responsibilities

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Technology employee (m/f/d) who will ensure our production facilities run reliably – and will be involved from the start in the move to our new plant in Q3 2026.

Main tasks

  • Maintenance and repair of injection molding machines, coating systems, mills, control units, removal devices, water and compressor systems, dryers, testing/assembly fixtures and welding systems, as well as other peripheral equipment and operating resources.
  • Carrying out maintenance and renovation work in the entire company.
  • Construction of special controls on various machines
  • Performing necessary installation work on site
  • Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Implementation of predictive maintenance measures according to the maintenance plan and instructions
  • Performance of safety checks on technical equipment, including logging and archiving.
  • Participation in the implementation of new construction projects and replacement investments, as well as in the improvement of accident prevention.
  • Close interdepartmental cooperation to ensure a smooth flow of information

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electrician (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of production facilities, ideally in the plastics or automotive sector.
  • Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Pneumatics, Hydraulics
  • Willingness to be on call/work shifts and occasional weekend duty
  • Independent, structured way of working with a strong safety awareness
  • Teamwork and straightforward cross-departmental communication
  • Very good German language skills
