A very versatile profession in which you can learn something new every day.
I am doing my apprenticeship as a Plastics and rubber technologist in injection molding and I am responsible for setting up and monitoring the injection moulding machines and optimizing the processes. I find it particularly exciting to make production processes more efficient, solve technical challenges on the machines and actively contribute to improving our processes. No two days are the same - it's precisely this variety that makes the job so exciting for me!
